New Program Allows Travelers to Contact FCm—Anytime, Anywhere, on Any Device
FCm Travel Solutions, one of the world's leading corporate travel and expense management consultancies, is partnering with TripIt® from Concur®, the world’s highest-rated travel-organizing app, in roll-out of its new “TripIt for TMCs” program. This new program will allow for an enhanced integration of trip data between FCm and TripIt; making it easier for travelers using TripIt to contact FCm in the event of a trip disruption or issue.
With the new program, FCm travelers simply forward their travel confirmation emails to email@example.com, either through their email program or by specifying TripIt as an additional itinerary delivery address within the FCm Portal. Once configured, FCm’s contact details and logo will be displayed right alongside their travel plans within the TripIt app, allowing for single click access to an FCm consultant at any time.
“At TripIt we’re always looking for ways to make life easier for travelers, and as business travelers ourselves, we know that it isn’t always easy to determine who you should contact if you need to make changes to your travel plans,” said Jugdeep Bal, Concur’s senior director of business development for TripIt.
“If you’re on a business trip and need to make a sudden change to your travel plans, the last thing you want to do is stop and search for your TMC’s contact information. Now, if your TMC is part of the program, you’ll be able to call your TMC right from the TripIt app—saving you valuable time that could end up being the difference between whether you make it home, or to your next meeting, on time,” continued Bal.
The “TripIt for TMCs” program provides an easy way for FCm travel consultants to be accessible after booking, and to stay top of mind anytime their travelers need to make a change to their reservation while on the go.
