Charlene Leiss – President, Corporate Brands USA, FC USA Inc.
As President of all seven FC USA Corporate Brands, Charlene oversees a team of 500. Her career has been one chock-full of awards and outstanding performance; most noteworthy is the honor she has received for the past three consecutive years: Top Global Corporate BDM. This accolade signals out her performance among all of Australian-based Flight Centre Travel Group’s businesses, across the more-than 90 countries in which it operates, among a pool of 1,000-plus corporate sales people. Within FC USA, Charlene has been the top corporate sales person for five years in a row. She has achieved double-digit, often record-setting growth, year over year. Charlene's career in travel began nearly 20 years ago with Boston-based Garber Travel. When Garber Travel was acquired by FC USA, she was a key part of the transition.
Billy McDonough – President, FCM Travel Solutions USA
Billy was appointed President, FCM Travel Solutions USA in 2012. A Flight Centre veteran, Billy joined Flight Centre in 1996 as a consultant at Flight Centre Perth, Australia. Since then he has held various positions in retail, including Team Leader and Area Leader, before moving into our corporate services business as Area Leader (Procurement, Real Estate and Construction) at Flight Centre Limited. He has served as the Nation Leader for Flight Centre retail in Queensland as well as Nation Leader Corporate Brands before returning to the USA as President of Liberty Travel. Billy was born and raised in Philadelphia and attended Drexel and Temple University.
Joseph Ondrus – Senior Vice President, FCM Travel Solutions USA
Joe has 24 years of travel industry experience and joined FCM in August 2006. A seasoned travel industry executive and an accomplished team leader, Joe oversees key client and partner relations, as well as sales and business development activities and travel technology and operations. Additionally, Joe is a key stakeholder in our global travel management initiative. Prior to joining FCM, Joe was Deputy Director for TSA and held several key sales management positions at US Airways. He has worked with growing companies as well as with Fortune 100 clients, as well as serving on numerous advisory boards, chambers of commerce and convention and visitor bureaus. Joe holds a BA in Promotional Communication from Cleveland State University and several professional development certificates.
John Morhous – Chief Strategy Officer, Corporate Brands USA, FC USA Inc.
John is responsible for delivering an integrated approach for the product, technology, and marketing areas within the family of FC USA’s Corporate Brands, which are heavily leveraged within FCM Travel Solutions. These integrated strategies help to deliver innovation, cost savings, new products and services to our corporate customers and clientele across several industry verticals. John has more than a decade of experience in the travel industry, having most recently held the position of Global CIO for FCM Travel Solutions, and brings to the business a broad range of skills across product and systems experience. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology Management.
Alexandra de Vaux – National Sales Leader, FCM Travel Solutions USA
Alexandra has been working with FCM Travel Solutions for 8 years and has experience in account management and sales in both the UK and the US, giving her a broad spectrum of knowledge across multiple markets. Based in our New York Travel Center, she leads the national sales team who are responsible for the proposal, presentation, and service agreement for clients' travel programs, as well as supporting the management team throughout the implementation process and beyond. Alexandra holds an Honors Degree in Business Management from Leeds University, UK.
