Giving back to the communities in which we operate

The global FCm Community program is about playing an active and supportive role in our local communities through avenues such as sponsorship, volunteer work and other involvement. It is also a fundamental part of FCm’s Corporate Social Responsibility policy, which helps guide healthy partnerships with our employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers and the environment.

Around the world, we aim to give back to our local community by channeling our efforts through various initiatives.

FCm Care
This is our global community project designed to support our local communities on a social level. We have a vast range of FCm Care initiatives in place around the world. From "adopting" a Brazilian child at Christmas, to giving gifts to orphaned children in Vietnam, FCm Care is the global foundation on which we provide help to those in need. In the United States, employees support life-changing charitable organizations, including the Home for Little Wanderers, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the American Cancer Society and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

FCm Corporate Innovator
This program is designed to invest in our leaders of tomorrow and includes our support for local corporate communities. Around the world, we participate in business travel training programs and other initiatives designed to encourage and develop the corporate leaders of tomorrow.

FCm Sustainable Futures
FCm shares the growing worldwide concern for our environment. Through FCm Sustainable Futures, we play an active role in protecting the local natural environs or resources in the communities where we are based. In Russia we are helping to build a cleaner and greener community in Moscow’s museum estate of Ostankino. And in the United States, our carbon emission offset program helps fund renewable energy projects in developing countries. FCm Sustainable Futures also includes the day-to-day actions that uphold FCm’s Environmental Policy .
